We hope you love your Sol La La styles. But, if you aren't completely satisfied we will gladly accept your return or exchange.
Simply send your merchandise back within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. Reimbursement is made by original payment method.
Please enclose a note on the original packing slip with the reason for your return or exchange. We are always working to improve Sol La La and we appreciate your feedback.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
- To complete your return, we require the original packing slip.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Mail items back to the Sol La La warehouse using the carrier of your choice.
- You are responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns: Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to credit your card back.
- Exchanges: Your exchange will be evaluated for return to stock. If it is acceptable to return to stock, your new garment will be sent to you with no charge for shipping.
- Returning a gift? Include the purchaser's name and address along with your return. Indicate whether you'd like to exchange the gift for another product or if you'd like a Gift Certificate.
